WATER CANADA magazine has published an article written by Envirologics Engineering Inc. president, Randy Cooper. "Rust Never Sleeps" is an informative article that discusses the need for cleaning standards for the rehabilitation of potable water pressure pipes.  Standards for cleaning and preparing pipes prior to lining will help ensure a leak free pipe for many years to come.
